GM Block selectable by player when using ruler #896

Yesterday in our game, I as a player was using a line-ruler on the map. Before clearing it, I right clicked and just so happened to have right clicked on a GM block (even though I only have player permissions). I was able to edit the scene settings of this block, save and close.

i verified with my GM that there was a GM block there, we tested it multiple times and it only worked if I had a ruler over it then right clicked to interact. If there was no ruler over it, I couldn’t interact with it.

I've tried this out but have not been able to make it happen. It may have been fixed already given how long it took us to to you. Would you mind checking to see if this is still the case? Cheers!
