Tiles not labeled properly for search engine tags #946

Describe the bug Specifically, some tiles aren't tagged properly for the search engine, such as any of the stairs in the Rural tileset.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. In the Build menu, search for a tile
  2. Search for "Stairs"
  3. You get several results from various tilesets, including Castle Ruins and Harbour
  4. None of the wood stairs from the Rural set show up.
