CUT SLAB (CTRL+X) ONLY COPIES SLAB #952

When in building mode, use 3d selection window to select/ highlight slab. Both CTRL+C and CTRL+X only copy the slab. Copy slab (CTRL+C) still functions as normal. In the build menu bar there are buttons for cut and copy. They both only perform the copy function.

I have confirmed that the Hotkeys are reset to default and no change.

I have confirmed that restarting the program did not change the issue.

CORRECTION

THIS ISSUE EXISTS WITH THE BASE (LOWEST) LEVEL OF THE "FOREST GENERATER" FOREST. ALL TILES ABOVE THE BASE TILE OF THE FOREST FUNCTION AS NORMAL.

ALL GAME GENERATED ASSETS FUNCTION NORMAL.

I think something like this bug has been reported already, but can't find it right now
