Minis on a pre-fab board did not show up for Owner but did for Players #954

Describe the bug Our GM downloaded a pre-made board. The Minis loaded just fine for the players, and even when given GM powers the players could still see and "Kill" the minis, but the GM/Owner could not see them, even after re-downloading the board.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download a pre-made board
  2. Invite players
  3. Try to see minis
  4. GM/Owner could not see pre-made minis

Additional context Oddly the GM could see minis they placed down, just not the pre-made ones. The players could fully interact with them (the pre-placed mini downloaded with the board), both as players and as GM, but the Owner could not.

The Issue may be related but the symptoms are completely different. :thumbsup:
