So I updated the leonardo pins and added the pins for the LEDs, including the variant symbol names.
The symbols for the TX and RX leds don't show up until IDE version 1.6.7
There is another pull request that modifies the README file to change the image links to use relative links so the images come from the local (fork) repository rather than coming from your repository.
