The quality switch is respected again (Fixes https://github.com/Bouni/ard-mediathek/issues/8) Additionally,

core logic was separated from command line script (to enable testing later (imports, containing - are not valid in python, to ard-mediacenter cannot be imported into another module)
Fixed hidden cursor of download is aborted

I am now not in Germany anymore and cannot test the patch. Even in the mediathek, viewing fails due to geo blocking. :(

Thanks for the pull request and your efforts! @rriemann Geo blocking sucks hard, I don't even see the point why they do it ¯_(ツ)_/¯
