Launching the program gives an Execption Occurred. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/net/http/HttpClient
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use to 'Windows 11 without jre 21 installed. This error happens before and after installation of jre 21 lts x64
Click on 'Launch the standalone program'
See error
Expected behavior
no errors or at least a note if it doesn't affect the program.
KiCad to find the plugin. I didn't see anything in the readme change or add anything make kicad find it.

standalone. KiCad 8 doesn't seem to find the plugin.
