Loadouts - add resupply ammo for gl rifle mags #168

last coop no resupply for gl rifles in vics CUP_arifle_Mk16_STD_EGLM uses different mags from the CUP_arifle_Mk16_STD_FG i guess it's intentional because the eglm blocks some shorter mags this just makes sure to always add some glrifle mags
