Add script repo.

This is similar is scope to: https://github.com/BourbonWarfare/bwmf/pull/171 https://github.com/BourbonWarfare/bwmf/pull/174

The main idea being to add scripts in a easily configurable and consistent manner whilst, also making sure that they are properly CM'd.

This is a work in progress at the moment, and I plan to add the contents of the listed PRs to this setup.
