Major refactor of how joints and connections are working.

• Refactoring to remove the requirement of project baking input. Joints are extracted from a project and can be baked in a tree structure.
• The Connection Container has been removed and replaced with a new superclass IdeaConnection_2 added. This class does everything for a connection object.
• Connections within a connection project can now be referenced by file path and name.
• IdeaService added: The connection has access to the IdeaConHiddenClient from any component.
• HiddenCalculationV20 is now not required.
• KarambaIdeaJoint added to provide ability to add additional connection data and also get access to Openmodel within Grasshopper.
• New architecture for coded templates.
