Really big pull request

• Makes it possible to both develop and produce on the master branch
• Makes setup of the code base automatic (on OSX >= 10.8)
• Makes a Python local virtual environment for all your medved Python scripting desires that are hampered by a lack of Pip and root
• Makes an instant database dump and incremental image backup to S3 possible via Python script
• Doesn't make anything break (hopefully)

I'm just going to leave this PR sitting here for a few days so I can think over what I've done and make sure none of it seems idiotic in five hours.
