Remove uncertainty and ranges from Og and Lv #25

Currently Livermorium's boiling point in PeriodicTableJSON.json is 10351135 which stems from the wikipedia page where it's specificed as "1035-1135". As I've read in earlier commits you usually take the average instead of the range, which is 1085.

I've done that and the same for Livmorium's melting point and Oganesson's boiling point
