The blocks have no sounds any more

My server is paper-1.19.2-307 and ItemsAdder_3.4.1-r5 When i delete this plugin,the blocks have no sounds anymore... Whatever i place and destroy the block.

When I break the stone quickly, sometimes it gets stuck and keeps making a sound

i dont know what you mean "the blocks" If you delete BlockSounds you need to delete sounds.json aswell
