Marker Editor Keybind Screen Missing POI Default Category 1 #102

v066 Marker Editor Keybind Window 1) Add POI (Default Category 1) option missing. I had it bound to the + key in previous version and that still works, but the option to change that keybind does not show in Marker Editor keybind window.
