API key complaining about lack of characters permission when the key has it set #140

GW2Taco doesn't seem to filter out my completed achievements anymore. It worked just fine about 2 weeks ago with the same API key and I've even tried creating a new API key and using that, but it seems to make no difference.

When looking at the logs, now it seems to complain about [2023-08-20 14:01:46] (Err) [GW2TacO] API error: API key ' - (5A4C6746-46BD-6B4F-8CC7-F6E264C03DF04FDFE3A9-5820-4DBA-BD82-0042262CB51D)' doesn't have the 'characters' permission - account identification through Mumble Link will not be possible. despite that fact the same key worked 2 weeks ago
