Edit Category button shows all marker categories #94

The Marker Editor 'Edit Category' button makes available all of the marker categories in TacO. It should likely be limited to those marker categories in the poidata.xml file since they are the only ones that can be changed.

Actually all the marker categories used by markers in poidata.xml will be fully exported into poidata.xml for convenience now so you can use them at will.

I had emptied the poidata.xml file and when using the 'Edit Category' button still saw all of the marker categories that were in all of the other xml files.

And if you place a random marker, the poidata.xm will contain the category description for it too.
