SCUE5.exe keep running if the game crash

Hi, if i close the game normally, the SCUE5.exe shutdowns correctly. but if the game crash, SCUE5.exe keep running, and keep the game status on steam as running this prevents the players from opening the game again, unless they kill SCUE5.exe from the task manager cant the SCUE5.exe detect if the game no longer running and shutdown too?
