MCMC log file with all parameters #11

It would be good to write out all user parameters/options at the start of an MCMC, in human-readable format.

This is done in de284c6628b0a938d72e2e4ad2c24b87eaaf1a3e as a YAML file. Would be interested if you think this format does the job!

It has the advantage that it can be loaded as a Python object so you can inspect it after the fact.
