Multithreading when not in MCMC #28

It would be great to add the option to use multiple threads when not doing MCMC, so this can really be used as a stand-in replacement for the standard 21cmFAST.

Yeah, I had already thought about doing this. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement. I can do this.
