Conversion of Data from .data file to .xls file. Final file will be imported 
into SQLite.

File attached isn't original, it is almost final version. Original is to large. 
Most changes are good to go, just needs a review.

Ok, so just took a gander at the original posted file.  And it needs help. . .
1. What does 1 mean for the action column?
2. There are no lvl reqs in the file
3. Only some of the powers have an associated class, every powr needs that.
4. Need to remove all the .html coding.  It will mess with java.
