return ShaderUniformSettings directly;convertYUVToRGB(pipelineState:uniformSettings:luminanceTexture:chrominanceTexture:secondChrominanceTexture:resultTexture:colorConversionMatrix:)
receive ShaderUniformSettings as uniformSettings parameter;
