OutCALL does not sync with Outlook contacts in real time. It has an option in
Settings dialog to refresh contacts every X minutes. So, when you add contact in
Outlook, you must sync OutCALL and Outlook contacts. You can do it manually:
tray
icon menu->Import Contacts->From Outlook.

We have fixed this issue. It will be available in the next version which will
be released soon.
