Crashes when trying to access Outlook Contacts #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Outcall (with Outlook Features Enabled)
2. Outcall crashes with "... Has encountered a problem and needs to 
close..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to run... It's crashing. CID pop-up works and I can get to the 
Outcall settings to disable the Outlook features, but when I click 
the "Don't Send" button on the Microsoft crash window, Outcall closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Outcall 1.55
Outlook 2000 SR-1
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
I have Outcall working on a couple of other systems & they are all setup 
the same (as far as I can tell). It crashes when trying to access the 
Outlook contacts...

I have the same problem with outlook 2000 service pack 3 and windows xp service 
pack 
2.

Outcall version 1.55

Obviously there is some issue with Outlook 2000. We will try to replicate and 
fix it.

Got the same problem on outlook 2003 win7 x64. Dials OK in outlook (right 
click, outcall), but import crashes.

So it's not O2000 related....

Outcall 1.60, worked with previous version.

Same issue on a PC win7 64bits and outlook 2010 and outcall 1.6
Weird because I have another box with the same config but without the crash 
when loading.
