CalllerID in Fullname Field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make an inbound call
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the out call should open a new outlook contact window 
with caller id business contact field.
We see the caller id in Full name field instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Oucall Version 1.6

I have downloaded outcall 1.6 again and reinstalled it. Now its working..
