Which contacts to lookup should be configurable #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It should be configurable in which contacts the plugin looks for the 
numbers. E.g. global address book, users contacts, personal address book.. 
Looking up in an LDAP directory would also be great (or an ODBC database).
