Problem placing outgoing calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to place outgoing call
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Originate failed! Check Settings-> Extensions. Everything is setuped

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6 on Windows 7 32 bit & Outlook 2007

Please provide any additional information below.
I am unable to place a call either from the outlook tab either from the Outcall 
right click "Place a call"Please advise.

Does Outcall show that you are connected?

Under the dialing rules tab in settings, verify the Outgoing Context.

I have the same problem.  I get notified when calls come in.  Can't dial out.
My outgoing context says default, and outgoing prefix says 9 ( need to dial 9 ).
