What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot the computer,
2. Upon the display of the login window, wait 5 min before logging-in
3. Login
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be for the Outcall icon on the tray to blink from
yellow to green until it manages to connect to Asterisk then it maintais the
steady green once connected.
Instead I see a pop-up message saying that Outcall failed to initialize
properly with error 0xc0000005.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Outcall 1.55 on both WXP SP3 and W7
Please provide any additional information below.
It is important to pay attention to the time one wait before logging-in.
In fact whenever the startup process after login takes a long time before
Outcall gets launched (in my case Outcall is launched automatically after
login) then there is an higher probability for the issue to happen.
