Based on SIP, should be extension based #73

Our system uses hotdesking for every phone. So, extension 100 can be on 
different phones, which mean different SIP accounts. Outcall requires a SIP 
account, so hotdesking is not possible, where others only need an extension, 
for example ActivaTSP.
