Caller ID shows UNKNOWN #79

The CallerID is not displayed on any incoming calls. It shows correctly on the 
phone itself, but outcall shows From: (<unknown>)

I tried version 1.60 (which did not work on a multi-tenant asterisk) and 1.55, 
which works on an MTE version.

Any suggestion on what needs to be changed on asterisk to display the callerid 
correctly?
