Search in OutCALL is case sensitive in non-latin encoding. #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right-Click on OutCALL tray icon
2. Select "Search"
3. Type "тест" (When phonebook item is "Тест").

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will show numbers for "Тест". I have see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OutCALL 1.60 and Outlook 2003 on MS Windows XP SP3 Prof Rus.
