Use hints to find phone id rather than assume extention is phone id #85

We use a dynamic system where you login to phones such that extension and sip 
id do not match. You can map an extension to a phone by using hints however. It 
would be good if it could allow this and perhaps some sort of http request as 
well to lookup with as an alternative.
