Upgraded replicache-generic-sqlite, example/mobile-react-native and packages/deep-freeze to use replicache 15.0.0
Updated the sqlite store to comply with the 15.0.0 kvStore interface
Updated docs per 15.0.0 kvStore
Fixed bug where the db manager would delete the db from its list after closing which would make destroying the db afterwards error out
