create-display-message.sh not updating MESSAGE or MESSAGEHD on host three-rpi3b BUT is working on six-rpi3b 1) both hosts running create-display-message.sh 3.383.595 2) host running MESSAGE was being updated when pulled

The incident was that at times when the host information file was being updated a copy of was copied. Thus the host information file was blank file or partially complete. When it was added to the totals it caused the total to be blank.
