Add Google Calendar api integration. The user can choose to carry the generated UCR Schedule Visualizer calendar over to their Google Calendar.

I'm working on getting us credentials. I merged #44 to act as our consent image.

It turns out #44 was unnecessary. Regardless, if you're working on this issue, feel free to base your work off of the branch issue-4.
