Ok my bad. When I try to use lr timelapse mode on a galaxy s3. I can't get the
time lapse to start. I wactched a turtorial on lrt site and it said you need a
seperate intervalmeter. When try touse the intervalmeter on dashboard I can't
leave the timelapse screen and the intervolmeter on the d7000 won't work when
the usb is plugged into the phone and dasboard is running.does this mean I
can't use lrt screen with the d7000 ? Or is there another way to plug a
intervalmeter into the camera. Ie. Hot shoe or external battery port?

According the D7000 manual it has a separate USB connector and MC-DC2 connector
for connecting accessories (intervalometer, remote release). Checkout page 281.

Yes you are correct I now feel like a complete moron.....lol. I don't know
whether tou changed some settings on dashboard or whether my galaxy tab just
differs form my s3 but I now can start a time lapse in the time lapse mode in
dashboard and then exit that screen and go into lrt and use that mode. SUPER
COOL THANK YOU!! !
