Installer is 4x to long #14

Running a GOMS analysis shows that the installer is much to long, it only needs 
a preinstall screen (with license agreement etc) and an installing screen to 
give status updates.

Futhermore, the installing screen only offers a "Please Wait" and no status bar 
activity.

Heh, ok well I did trim down the installer in light of your comments, so that 
there is just a singular "read me" page that says welcome and shows the 
warranty/license stuff with no need to explicitly agree (since the GPL applies 
regardless of whether or not you agree to it).

I don't want to get rid of the installation location as that's pretty useful. I 
did take out the confirmation page as I guess it's not unreasonable for it to 
just go since it's such a small app. 

The changes will appear in 0.1a5

Ahh, no need to take them out, just combine them!  Although, not requiring the 
"I agree" tick is fantastic: no extra legal cover, no one reads it, and those 
who care already know.

Then it's just one page.
