I would like to confirm this issue. I'll upload my error file but it's the same
as the one above. Mine is a PS3 controller instead of a PS2 controller however.

I also forgot to mention...
Windows 7 x64 SP1
Note: I tried setting it to Windows XP SP3 and I no longer get errors when I
use my left analog stick (the only one I get errors for) and when I open up the
console it says "w" when I press up, however my character still doesn't move.
Also, when I use my right analouge stick my character only changes directions
if I move the controller half way. Moving it all the way makes him jitter to
that direction and then stop.
