Currently you must restart Pad Tie for it to recognize new gamepads, though the 
framework is (almost) in place for this to happen on the fly. Make Pad Tie 
recognize and configure new pads on the fly.

Fixed in SVN for 0.1a4

Pads can now be added and removed on the fly, and the pad mapping code has been 
updated to search for the first free pad number if available, so if you add two 
gamepads and remove the first, then re-add it, it is still Pad #1, instead of 
Pad #3.
