Raspberry Pi 3B+, 4 support #134

Hello, I know that this isn’t issue, but can I build this for rPi 3b+ or 4? Will it work? My plan is to connect HDMI video sniffer from TV to rPi and use it as source for huestacean.

Will work just as well as other GNU/Linux builds.
