Linux App not remembering linked bridge #148

Have to re link the bridge every time I restart the app... Always detects and shows as 'unknown bridge' initially.

Arch linux - Installed from the AUR. It used to work properly on my old laptop which also had the AUR install.

I have the same issue with a Thinkpad X1 Extreme (Gen.1) on a Fritzbox 5490 Network

Update to the latest version of Hue Bridge Code over the iOS/Android App and is working again!

@cosmicnag @Morta1985 apart from not remembering, can you get it to even Link the bridge once, and get it working at all, under Linux? I keep hitting "not connected", after pressing the button on the bridge... or am I just not running fast enough from my computer to the bridge?! 😸

Did you also have to build the v2.6 tag due to #144 (#125), or did you somehow manage to build a more recent master?

I installed from the AUR with the package manager yay. Have you open the port from your firewall for the zigbee protocol? I believe is 4000 but not shure...

@Morta1985 thanks! The problem was indeed just that it times out faster than I did ran to the bridge.. 😈 (Every time, this bug.)

It works great now, check out this video I made using a Hue Go lamp while playing Minecraft!
