If you happen to be talking about the looping of solid colors for the screen preview, I get that when I have the wrong display adapter running the program. If your system has multiple graphic devices, trying all of them may help.
I am using a laptop so I only have one display adapter. The program identifies my hue bridge and entertainment area but it wont sync my lights. Any other advice?

Im having the problem Aomi mentioned....but I do have 2 video cards and 6 monitors connected. I tried both cards and all the monitors I cant get it to not loop solid colors.
I have the same issue, using Windows 7 64 bit. I get 0 frames just a flashing blue box.
I do only one card, hdmi to an amp and them passthrough to TV?
So I just installed it and clicked "start sync" and nothing happened. The window above flashes lights but the "frame read" is at 0ms.
I installed the latest version, reinstalled C++ and have Windows 10 with Gen 2 Hue bridge. Any help would be appreciated.
