add option to pick multiple entertainment areas #82

i have 2 entertainment areas because i used up all the 10 slots so i was forced to make another one it would be amazing if we can have a minimum of 2 or 3 entertainment areas if not then thats fine great work btw

It's not actually possible to stream to two groups at once with one hub. It should be possible if one has two hubs, but the streaming is very very noisy on 2.4 GHz so I don't know if reliability would be the same.

As long as the 2 hubs were on separate zigbee channels it will work fine. I've actually tested it running 2 huestaceans at the same time, each using a different hub and both groups were synced perfectly.
