I think it might be a good idea to move the "How to Contribute" and other documentation to the built-in Wiki page in GitHub. That way, we don't need to make a PR just to fix a small typo in the documentation. Also, if someone clones the repo locally, they will have to pull changes before they can see updated instructions, where if we just link to the wiki in the README it will always be up-to-date.
