Create a prototype for character locomotion. This can be created from scratch, or by using the locomotion addon from the Unreal Marketplace as a starting point. Download the Locomotion set before May 1st, as it is free during April

Blocked on issues importing library, will retry at Carleton next week.

Will also try reinstalling a fresh version of windows to see if it fixes the issue.
