Describe the bug

After the half-time break, players are invincible because it thinks they are still in the hub.

To Reproduce

Start an event
Play enough games to get to the halftime break
Any game you play after the halftime break will prevent damage to players

Expected behavior

Players should be removed from the hub protections

Suggested fix

Double-check the state transitions for HalftimeBreakState
