Mid-way through event /start

Description

Sometimes we have to stop and then start an event halfway through. I want to be able to specify what game number to start on.

[x] /mct event start <number of games> [game number to start on] [gameId of played...]
- [x] Starts with the appropriate game number played
- [x] Proper score multiplier
