Add Kilosort 4 to the pipeline

I have tested SpikeInterface for use on the Spock MK2 cluster.

Progress:

• [x] Install Spikeinterface
• [x] Test Kilosort4 and confirm it works within Si
• [ ] Test Apptainer/Singularity containers
  • [x] I am waiting on a module for apptainer on Spock MK2 before I can say definitely that the script works for what we need to do.
  • [ ] Spikeinterface works locally but cannot properly reference the apptainer image
• [ ] Integrate the workflow into the old queuing system that Alvaro has
  • Can Snakemake or DataJoint help with that processing?
