Fix some bugs in examples

Environment:

Ubuntu 22.04 /w Python 3.10.12
PyTorch 2.1.2 /w CUDA 11.8

Updates:

[x] Fix relative import problem during execution while using shell
[x] Fix typo and update readme
[x] Support the latest stable dependencies:
- gymnasium==0.29.1
- tianshou==0.5.1
- timm==0.9.12
