OSD Enhancement: battery monitoring module configuration #30

It would be cool to set the number of cells, capacity, and alarms, potentially even the current sensor flight time alarms, from the OSD Menu, when the module is enabled.

I've been flying a lot with 2 different battery capacities lately, so even just a mAh change would be fantastic.
