I adapted all scripts (originally from the NSG branch) to run locally.
Initiate the pipeline by running the TVB_pipe.sh script in the main
folder, which then calls all other scripts from within the “Scripts”
folder. Subject data should be placed in a “subjects” folder, within
the main folder. For further instructions on data structure, check the
TVB_pipe.sh script.
